Olga Dennis

New Mobility Consultant

Olga is a mobility and innovation professional with extensive hands-on experience at the intersection of disruptive technologies, transport systems, and social impact. Her work focuses on understanding how emerging technologies reshape mobility ecosystems and influence broader societal outcomes, including accessibility, sustainability, and social welfare.

She has successfully led and delivered projects centred on cutting-edge solutions such as electric mobility, shared mobility, Mobility as a Service (MaaS), Mobility Hubs and smart ticketing. Her experience spans both the public and private sectors, enabling her to bridge strategic vision with practical implementation across complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

She has worked with major UK transport bodies and public institutions, including National Highways , Transport for London, the Department for Transport, and numerous local authorities, supporting them in defining requirements, assessing functions, and delivering innovative mobility solutions.

Alongside her core work, Olga is actively engaged in advising startups in the mobility and technology space, helping early-stage companies navigate market entry, product development, and strategic positioning within a rapidly evolving sector.

She is also a passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion in transport, with a particular focus on supporting and empowering women in the industry.

Elaine Meskhi

Zero Emission Vehicle Infrastructure Consultant

Elaine is a Chartered Systems Engineer with over a decade of experience in the ZEV/ZEV infrastructure sector across innovation, strategy and high-level implementation planning projects.

She is passionate about the transition to net zero and advocates for taking a holistic approach, considering all stakeholder requirements, when developing and implementing evidence-based strategies for the transition to more sustainable mobility solutions.

Elaine is currently a Principal Consultant at Steer, a global consultancy that helps public and private sector clients improve mobility, infrastructure, and sustainability through strategic, technical, and economic expertise. Prior to joining Steer in July 2022 she had consecutive tenures at Cenex working in the Energy Systems Infrastructure team supporting projects and at EA Technology helping the electricity industry to prepare for the uptake of electric vehicles and other low carbon technologies.

Through her career she has delivered consultancy and advisory services for Local and Regional Authorities, Electricity Distribution Network Operators, public sector fleet and estates managers and real estate developers providing evidence-based analysis and insights supporting clear and concise recommendations and action plans for EV charging infrastructure development in the UK and internationally.

Sandra Witzel

NED & Board Chair, Accessibility and Inclusion

With both UK and international commercial experience, Sandra has dedicated her career to driving strategic growth, championing diversity and inclusion and fostering resilient governance structures. Her roles range from serving as Executive Director & CMO at SkedGo, a leading travel technology provider, to acting as a Non-Executive Director at Transport Focus, where she ensures the passenger voice remains central in shaping transport policy.

In addition, Sandra brings experience as Chair of the Research Institute for Disabled Consumers (RiDC) and Co-founder of Women in Mobility UK, leveraging her personal experience with disability to advocate for more inclusive, equitable mobility solutions. Whether it’s guiding strategic decisions in a high-growth SaaS environment or steering board-level discussions on strategy, risk management and governance, She is committed to helping organisations excel.

Jennie Martin

Fellow of CILT and CIHT, MBE

Jennie Martin was educated at King's College London and the UK Open University. She started her career with the then British Rail, moving on to the City Engineer’s department at the Corporation of London (the local authority for the financial district, the City of London) and finally ITS United Kingdom, the membership association for British people working with intelligent transport systems (ITS). She ran ITS United Kingdom 2004-2023, when she retired. She was also a member of the BSI Committee for ITS, EPL/278, from 2015 to 2025. She is a past Chair of the Board of Trustees at Bus Users UK, is a Trustee of the Parliamentary Advisory Council for Transport Safety, and a member of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport’s Accessibility and Inclusion Forum Committee.

She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Logistics & Transport and of the Chartered Institution of Highways and Transportation, and was appointed MBE for services to transport technology in 2023. Jennie is originally from Sweden but has lived in London, UK, for many years.
